Don't Be Sad Summer's Over. In Schoharie County We've Got Enough Fall Fun To Make You Forget That Fickle Lover. (Bonus: No Bugs.)
If you’re convinced 2026’s was the fastest summer ever, we’re with you.
But there’s still plenty of time for fun here in Schoharie County. In fact, in all of Upstate New York, September and October are the months for squeezing the most out of what’s here.
Harvest festivals. 10Ks. Parades. Music. Revolutionary celebrations.
But don’t wait: It all starts this Sunday.
Here’s a sampling of SchoCo events to put on your fall calendar.
Also…our fabulous farmstands and orchards are in all of their full glory now with produce for freezing or canning or just enjoying at dinner and our Schoharie County Farmers Market remains open 10am-1pm Sundays at the Cobleskill Fairground till October 11.
(And if you’ve joined the party late, relax: Many of our goings-on are annual events.)
