Aspire & Enlighten: Tell Us Who Rocks Your World: SEEC Opens ’26 Nominations.

Tell us who’s helping shape Schoharie County’s future. Then join us in celebrating them at the Parrot House at SEEC’s Toast To The Town.

In Upstate NY’s Schoharie County, we know how to celebrate the people who make us what we are, the educators, entrepreneurs, community builders and cultural leaders who Aspire & Enlighten us, shaping a more vibrant future for our region.

A man in a white sweater holds a feather next to a woman with a raised hand holding a clutch at SEEC's 2022 Toast To The Town.

John McKeeby, director of the Schoharie River Center, accepts his 2022 Enlighten honors from Dusty Putnam.

Sound like someone you know?
We hope so.
Because SEEC–the Schoharie Economic Enterprise Corporation–our non-profit economic development powerhouse–has opened nominations for its 2026 Aspire & Enlighten awards.

We’ll recognize the ’26 honorees at SEEC’s Toast To The Town December 2 at the Parrott House in Schoharie (a fun time with signature cocktails, music, and catching up.)

We're looking for Schoharie County people who…

Aspire–With Innovation. Excellence. Growth.

Enlighten–With Education, Connection. Community.

Know someone who fits the bill? Tell us why.

And then come help us celebrate people like our past Aspire & Enlighten winners, all of them making a lasting impact on Schoharie County.
